Application

It can be used both commercially and domestically, widely used for mugs, glasses, thermos, aluminum jugs, and other DIY cups made of glass, ceramics, metal, and other heat-resistant materials.

How to Use

1. Pressing the "OK", the screen shows "P-1", you need to set a working temp by pressing"▼" "▲"(eg.380°F).
2. Pressing the“OK", the screen shows“P-L", you need to set a protective temp by pressing "▼" "▲"(eg.200°F).
3. Pressing“OK* (the third time) and the screen shows"P-2", you need to set the time by pressing “▼" “▲"(eg.40s).
4. Pressing "OK" (the fourth time) to confirm all the settings. The machine starts to heat up and reaches the protection temperature.
5. Place the tumbler into the machine, then press "ENTER" and the machine starts to heat up to the working temperature(eg.380°F).
6. The 40-second countdown is over, press“ENTER” again to end the sound, and the temperature will automatically drop to the protection temperature(eg 200°F), which is convenient for quick use again.

Problems and Solutions

1.After powering on, the instrument does not light up when the power on button is pressed.
Solution: Check the plug connection.
2.Unable to heat or not heated to set temperature
Solution: 1. Check that the air plug at the end of the coaster is making good contact. 2. Replace the coaster.
3.The pattern is missing and the color is very light
Solution: Adjust temperature or extend heating time. Make sure the cup fits snugly into the coaster.
4.The pattern is blurred and yellowed
Solution: Reduce the time and temperature, you can adjust the time and temperature by using discarded cups and then heat press them.

Notes

1.To prevent burns, please wear gloves (not included) when operating the machine.
2.Please check the voltage before use and keep children away from the machine.
3.After the heating is completed, the heating indicator light goes out; the countdown needs to be operated manually, press the timing button, and then start timing, the meter counts down, and the end of the prompt sounds.
4.Please read the operating manual and labels on the machine completely before use. And pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
5.Please prohibit empty burning, otherwise the coaster will blister and be directly broken, the whole coaster must have a cup(not included) during the heating process, if a cup is not long enough, then you need to put two,to ensure that there is no gap in the coaster.
6.Please do not touch the heating element after pressing it during operation. Please do not use the machine continuously for more than 1.5 hours, the machine needs to rest for 10-20 minutes.
7.Please make sure to unplug the machine and allow it to cool down completely before storing it. Please do not use water to clean the heating element and use lubricant(not included) for regular machine connection maintenance.
8.Please use it in a well-ventilated place as the steam generated during heating may irritate sensitive people.
9.You will need to set different temperatures, times, and pressures depending on the material and size of the cup.
10.Please place the cup in the middle of the heating element for more even heat transfer.
11.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
