π Return & Refund Policy
π Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 15 days for most items, and up to 30 days for selected products (as stated on each product page).
If the applicable period has passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or receipt

Certain goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, spices, dried fruits)
- Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, razors) if opened or used
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards and personalized items
- Opened health or personal care items

- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Items returned in damaged condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Returns requested after the return period but within a reasonable grace window
- Media products (CDs, DVDs, video games) that have been opened

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
